Covid-19 – Diversify, planting veggies…

Following the announcement from the Kenyan Government that all passenger flights would be grounded, we immediately knew this would hit the floral industry hard and we jumped into action, making the tough decision to stop growing Gypsophila as a summer crop and in it’s place we’d grow vegetables. These crops will be grown on a commercial level and to sell to our staff at a subsidised rate, it seems we grow vegetables as well as we grow flowers – our potatoes are looking fantastic, we just can’t wait to get our hands on these.
